About You:

As the Acquisition Marketing Manager on Sampler’s Marketing Team, you’ll be the lead in driving the execution and analysis of all B2B and B2C channels. The ideal candidate is an ambitious, data-driven marketer who isn’t afraid to get creative and scrappy.

With the object of driving traffic to our B2B and B2C sampling platforms, experience with B2B2C models is crucial. You have a digital tool belt filled with solutions to help drive conversion, and you’re constantly researching new marketing automation technologies to test. You see acquisition channels (LinkedIn, Email, SEO) as a series of levers, and you know exactly which ones to pull at what time.

Your self-starter attitude drives you to test and learn everything you can get your hands on, with the answers always lying in the data. You have a thorough understanding of SEO and its function in driving content strategy.

About the Role:

As the Acquisition Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Own and manage all B2B digital acquisition channels, with the goal of pushing leads to sign up on our self-serve platform
  • Work directly with our Partnerships team to strategize and implement new ways to grow our B2C user base
  • Provide strategic guidance on how digital tactics can help achieve Marketing KPIs
  • Develop and execute personalized vertical-marketing campaigns across the different categories that Sampler serves (Baby, Food, Cosmetic, Supplements etc..)
  • Measure and analyze results, create dashboards, and generate key, data-driven insights to support the marketing team
  • Execute multi-touchpoint, agile email marketing campaigns
  • Actively A/B test digital strategies and tactics in order to optimize acquisition strategies
  • Work directly with Content Marketing Manager to build SEO-optimization and content distribution strategies
  • Manage Sampler’s website on a day-to-day basis, analyzing and reporting on traffic trends
  • Manage all integrations within our digital ecosystem, including but not limited to: WordPress, Pardot, Google Analytics
  • Seek out and test new methods and channels in order to generate key results

 

What You Need:

  • 3+ years of previous experience in marketing a B2B2C platform.
  • Ability to collect, analyze and report extensive data findings to uncover potential marketing opportunities
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and optimization tactics
  • Extensive experience with landing page optimization tactics, tools and tracking
  • Basic HTML and CSS knowledge, Adobe Creative Suite experience a bonus
  • Deep knowledge of both B2B and B2C digital acquisition channels and trends
  • Proven track record of studying, nurturing and increasing both B2B and B2C inbound traffic
  • Pardot and WordPress experience an asset
  • An experimenter by nature, with a self-starter attitude
