CBD has become all the rage in the last couple of years, and for good reason. Short for cannabidiol, CBD is one of many chemical compounds found in the cannabis plant and it’s been shown to have a long list of benefits, with the top ones being pain and anxiety relief. From oils to supplements, beauty products to pet treats—CBD is being added and infused in a ton of different products across several categories.
Aside from some of the quick facts we’ve mentioned, many people are still very unaware of what CBD actually is and what it can do, so we decided to put together a list of the 4 things you need to know.
